MBRC is a community club with a wonderful ocean-front clubhouse that can be rented for your events. We offer a full kitchen, access to our wet bar, and a large open space with tables and chairs to set out as you like. There’s even a cozy area with couches for relaxing with your guests.
The maximum capacity of the clubhouse is 80 people, as per fire regulations. It is usually available on Friday and Saturday for afternoon or afternoon/evening events. Other times are possible – check with us!
Consider renting the club for a birthday party, family gathering, business appreciation meal, celebration of life, annual meetings or any gathering that requires a bit of space.

If your event will include alcohol, you will also need to apply for a Special Event Permit.
To secure your rental, we need a $50 deposit eTransferred to [email protected] and a signed rental agreement. Full payment and a copy of your special event permit are emailed to us 7 days prior to your event.

Daily/Weekly/Drop-in use of MBRC Clubhouse
When the club is not in use, it is available for rent. This option is available for small, short, repeated rentals by sport and community groups. Some examples: yoga or fitness classes, monthly meetings, etc. These ongoing rentals may be cancelled to accommodate club needs.
