MBRC is a community club with a wonderful ocean-front clubhouse that can be rented for your events. We offer a full-service kitchen, access to our wet bar, and a large open space with tables and chairs to set out as you like.
The maximum capacity of the clubhouse is 80 people, as per fire regulations. It is usually available on Friday and Saturday for afternoon or afternoon/evening events.
Event Rentals
Single, one-time events or meetings are EVENT RENTALS. If your event will include alcohol, you will also need to apply for a Special Event Permit. Apply here.

To secure your rental, we need a $50 deposit eTransferred to [email protected] and a signed rental agreement. Full payment and a copy of your special event permit are emailed to us 7 days prior to your event.
Daily/Weekly/Drop-in use of MBRC Clubhouse
When the club is not in use, it is available for rent. This option is available for small, short, repeated rentals by sport and community groups. Some examples: yoga or fitness classes, monthly meetings, etc. These ongoing rentals may be cancelled to accommodate club needs.
